Furniture

Furniture needed for most events is included in the base price. Cahoots can provide:

  • 100 auditorium style seating chairs

  • Training tables/desks

  • High top tables & linens

  • Variety of soft seating and lounge furniture

  • Folding tables and linens

Additional furniture can be sourced upon request.

Flexible Working Spaces

  • Access to our inventory of 200 coworking desks on per day desk pricing in conjunction with your event as inventory allows

  • Ideal for offsite events where your team needs extra space to work

  • Executive board rooms and conference rooms available on a daily or hourly basis for breakouts or additional working spaces

All Cahoots full time and part time members receive a 50% discount on event packages*

*Two hour minimum, members must self staff event to receive the discount

Additional Details

  • Use of house lighting equipment requires adding a technician

  • Events over 50 people require a second attendant

  • Rates valid between 8AM and 9PM, additional fees may apply outside of these hours

  • Packages provide an “up to” amount of time, no credit refunds for partial use

  • Plans for additional hours need to be established up front

  • Additional $50 per hour applies for unplanned overage time

  • One hour is the minimum additional time increment
