How we hold ourselves Forward masterclass
How we hold ourselves Forward masterclass
Does this sound familiar?
"How do you know when it's time to grow, make a (midlife) pivot, find a mentor?"
"I feel like I am in free fall of uncertainty"
"I worry that I am stuck, feeling unsteady, and embarrassed to say I need support."
"I've been looking for clarity around (career or relationship) alignment, and feel inadequate and unsure of myself. I have outgrown this, but not sure what's next."
"I wish I had known other people felt financial anxiety, but I'd like to create more spaciousness and feel free of financial worry without having to hustle and grind."
"I wish I could feel calm to own my wisdom and own what I want to feel fulfilled."
You are not alone.
You’re Invited
to a powerful, intimate masterclass for Gen X and Millennial humans navigating vital life changes, identity shifts, and becoming who they authentically already are.
What our workshop together looks like:
Invitation for every participant to turn off their phones to engage and listen fully
Opening with mindfulness to shift from chronic thinking and being in our heads
Exercises for reflection, clarity and changing our subconscious beliefs
Reframing our "mistakes" and "shoulds" to say what we need without fear
Masterclass: How we hold ourselves Forward masterclass
Date: Tuesday, September 9th, 2025
Time: 11:30 - 1p ET; Doors open at 11:10 and close at 11:30am to kick off our event with co facilitators, Corinne Gardner and mindfulness teacher Barbara Newell
Location: Cahoots ~ please come straight to the back from entering
Cost: $55
This is for you if you’ve been feeling…
Like you’ve outgrown old versions of yourself but aren’t sure what’s next
Disconnected from your body, your voice, or your sense of aliveness
You're aware you desire and are ready to make a pivot and are looking for a roadmap, inspiration and like - values people who could relate
Alone in navigating nuanced mental and emotional loads of changes, purpose in transitions, relationships, midlife, and rooting in Self trust
Unsure how to show up in your relationships while staying true to yourself
In our time together, you’ll walk away with…
Language for what’s really been shifting inside you to realign and feel safe to make adjustments that are resonant and authentic to you in a judgment free space
A supportive space to listen, reflect, and be witnessed if you choose to share
Tools to navigate transition with more clarity, self-trust, and self-honoring energy
Coaching on how to hold and honor yourself through uncertainty — without losing your real voice or connection to others.
Please reach out to connect and learn about working with Corinne or Barbara:
Corinne works internationally and coaches women and men who are tired of shrinking or shape-shifting for others — who are ready to show up in life, relationships, and work as their most honest, uncensored, and Honoring Selves.
If something in you says this is your next conversation, I would love to welcome you into our warm, intentional circle.

Mentorship Circle
The Power of Versatility: Finding Your Unique Fit
Finding your niche as a generalist is about more than just skills—it’s about mindset. Thressa Nichols will discuss how to embrace the “human first” approach, cultivate inclusive environments, and turn your versatility into your competitive edge. Thressa currently serves as VP of Operations for Snappt and is on the board of the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority. A community builder and People Ops leader, she is also gearing up to launch her own entrepreneurship journey.
About Our Mentorship Circle
Every other month, we hold a mentorship circle and casual chat on professional development. These talks start with a brief chat on a topic, followed by a discussion forum where participants can ask questions, find support, and get insight on key workplace topics.

The Woman in Black, by Stephen Mallatratt and Susan Hill
The Woman in Black, by Stephen Mallatratt and Susan Hill
A lawyer hires an actor to tutor him in recounting a story that has long troubled him. A story of a specter who haunts the town where her illegitimate child was killed. Anyone who sees her dies... and this tragic story hums to life in ways unimaginable.
