Office Hours w/ Daniel Fernandes (Business, Leadership & Executive Coach/Consultant)

Daniel Fernandes is a leadership coach, business strategist, and AI systems advisor who helps growth-minded founders and teams solve the operational and people challenges that slow growth. He works at the intersection of leadership, communication, execution, and practical AI adoption, helping clients reduce friction, improve and accelerate decision-making, strengthen team dynamics, and build systems that support sustainable growth. He works by referral and invitation. His work is designed to create practical, meaningful shifts quickly, so leaders and teams can move forward with more clarity, trust, and momentum.

Before founding his own businesses, Daniel spent 15 years in international leadership roles at General Motors, primarily in IT Operations and major manufacturing launches for large automotive plants. His work included leading complex projects, supporting critical change initiatives, collaborating across teams and executives, and facilitating cultural transformation efforts. He studied business at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, with a focus on management, organizational psychology, and high-performance teams.

For over a decade, Daniel has coached founders and leaders to strengthen their leadership, communication, performance, relationships, teams, and sustainable work-life integration. He also facilitates workshops and group experiences in both virtual and in-person settings. Known for combining deep human insight with strategic clarity, Daniel helps clients grow in ways that work not just on paper, but in real life.

  • Get clarity on a business, leadership, team, or personal growth challenge that feels stuck, messy, or hard to sort through alone.

  • Navigate a difficult conversation or relationship challenge with more clarity, emotional steadiness, and confidence.

  • Identify where friction is slowing your growth — whether it’s communication, decision-making, execution, delegation, follow-through, or team dynamics.

  • Refine an idea, offer, message, process, AI use case, or next step so it becomes clearer, sharper, and easier to act on.
