About Jeff:
Jeff is an accomplished finance and operations leader and advisor with an established history of developing strategies, processes, and people to improve operational effectiveness and financial performance. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance and business administration, management consulting, shared services, and Big Four Assurance. Known as a collaborator, he quickly establishes strong relationships throughout an organization to provide thoughtful navigation and solutions.
Jeff has led core business functions for both private and public companies, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and general business administration. He has worked with early stage and VC-backed companies to provide the structure they need to monitor business performance and make informed decisions. During his time as Finance Director with the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses in Ann Arbor, he was responsible for championing and strengthening the principles of open book management throughout the organization.
