She always had an interest in mental health and found an even greater love in working at the intersection of mental health and money. She is a published author of the book "The Financial Anxiety Solution," which helps people work through their anxiety when engaging with their money. She's frequently asked to provide her down-to-earth take on financial wellness to media outlets including Vox, Real Simple, Millie, Buzzfeed, NPR's Marketplace, C|Net, Time, Allure, Bustle, HuffPost, and more.
